Street Fit Scotland
Street Fit Scotland delivers a holistic health, fitness and well-being program me for people experiencing homelessness, rough sleeping, in temporary accommodation or needing support to sustain a tenancy. The programme helps to reduce social isolation and improve mental health as well as addressing long term physical health needs.
